Hello there. I would like to say that this person shot me withouth Demands and it was infact outside of Ghetto. Its all in the bodycam. Charlie said it was not RDM which i Agree. However he did shoot me without demands. The rule GR 6.15 states that Outside the Ghetto: Must issue RP demands (5 seconds) before opening fire. He did open fire and did not give me demands. If i am wrong please give me more of a description.
