2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 - I have a keen interest in policing, both OOC and IC. The first organisation I joined was LSPD, and I have a very good and ongoing friendship with someone since I joined this organisation.
2.2 - LSPD needs a professional leader who does not show favoritism to those he knows, who is fair, egoless and who can be humorous with his officers when necessary and very serious when necessary. And I am putting forward my candidacy thinking that this person is me as far as I know myself
2.3 - I would like to introduce new and perfect rules on behalf of LSPD. Obviously these are also can affect the SAHP or other LEO's the future.
2.4 - If I take over the organization the term will be very good, because it seems to be very open to innovations at the moment, and of course, I hope to do the best things for LSPD by following the innovations. The City of Los Santos will be safe, secure and peaceful!

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 - Also, as far as I have observed, one of the biggest shortcomings of LEO Organizations is that the District Attorney and IA remain silent on other incidents and only deal with Prime quit / Breach of contracts.
+ connects with 3.1 - In any pursuit situation Vehicle Pursuit 10-80 or any FOXTROT, officers just should saves bodycam to the LSPD database and send it to IA, then with the information IA receives (if they got) the District Attorney should issue a warrant for the escaped person, this is what should happen and this is how it is. But unfortunately, such situations have not happened, and I especially hope to resolve this.
3.2 - For this, first of all, recruitment and members taken into the organization are very important factors. If we take someone who does not even know how to speak into the organization, this organization will be lost from the very beginning. For this reason, I want to give Chief of Staff HRT and IA to someone I trust and who has experience. The HRT is a heart and IA is like brain of all LEO's this departments needs to be proffesional.
3.3 - Situations such as decreased activity at night are a headache for all organizations. I will do my best to solve this, and I believe that I will solve it...
3.4 - We will try to recruit qualified and well-spoken people to the organization. Also, if I see someone who has completed the training but has not learned what he needs to learn in training, as a requirement and compulsory training program is made for the person who trained him and the person who receives the training.
3.5 - I will also organize some new events that will always keep LSPD on top. I have very good legendary ideas in my mind, but I don't want to explain them here and give some people ideas... hehehe

3) Public Relations : The PR team, which is critical, will need to organize events from time to time that include almost the whole org to create the best roleplaying scenarios...
4) SWAT : "SWAT" is "Special Weapons and Tactics" It is a unit that uses special weapons and performs challenging (High-Risk) missions...
5) Detective Bureau : Evidence collecting and the right to intervene in certain and limited situations.
6) Traffic Enforcement : Briefly this department is very involved with traffic codes. Wrongly parked vehicles in the city are given a ticket or towed. It is an important department.
