Hello, I received a 21-day ban for a GR 3.1 violation, but the penalty for this offense is usually a 180-minute mute or a 7-day gaming ban. Why did I receive a 21-day ban when it should be 21 days? Three separate forms were opened against me for the same offense, but there's a problem: I insulted one person and I admit my guilt. However, the same form and screenshots were sent to three different people. In total, I only insulted two people. Why are you giving me two more penalties when I've already received one penalty for this offense? Regards

you got punished for 2 different situations, also repetitive violations may lead harsher punishemnts
