Hello dear admin,
He just started to ram my car while I was waiting near to road. Then I want to arrest him because he tried to harm me while I am inside of the vehicle. He always turned his angle to infront of my car and as I thought his engine got blocked because of that. I left my car immediately and teased him. I want to arrest but he left the proper RP.
