Hello Administration Team,
I am writing to appeal the ban issued at 23:06 during a PC check conducted by Administrator Markus Pluxury.
I fully cooperated during the entire process and provided full access to my system.
At the end of the check, I was informed that I had been banned for “cheating + cleaning.” I strongly believe this decision is incorrect.
I do not use any cheats, modifications, or unauthorized software of any kind, and I have never cleaned my PC to hide anything. I previously successfully passed a full PC check on April 29th, which lasted approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes, with no issues found.
I respectfully request a re-evaluation of my case or a second PC check if necessary. I am fully willing to cooperate again, including a more in-depth inspection if required.
If possible, I would appreciate if the administration team involved in my previous PC check could also review or participate in the case, as they are familiar with my previous inspection.
