1. i would like to make the next step towards helping the server as i do always push myself in anything i do and after nearly 6 terms in State orgs im ready to extend my help to everybody and feel its the right decision moving foward
2. I feel my greatest strengths are being able to analyze a situation in great detail and not make fast decisions that could end up being mistakes and i also am not baised so even a player i knew needed to be punished i would still follow my duty as an admin
3. my main weakness is not feeling fully confident sometimes so i will always ask for a second opinion on a situation instead of deciding for myself which can be seen as a weakness and strength as im not afraid to ask for help if im unsure on the situation
