Dear Grand RP Staff and Administration Team,
I am writing this appeal with complete honesty and a broken heart. Please investigate my case.
My Account Details:

Email Now Linked (Told by Admin): [email protected]
My Name History: Ali Ahmad to Ali Skorpean to Pluxury Ali [Last name before I quit]
Current Name (Changed by Hacker): devil azazil
Complete Timeline - This Proves My Innocence:
1. July 2024: I created my account with email [[email protected]]. When I joined the city, my first name was Ali Ahmad. Later I changed it to Ali Skorpean, and then finally to Pluxury Ali. After that I never changed my name again because I stopped playing.
2. November 2024: Last time I ever logged in. My name was Pluxury Ali at that time. I quit to prepare for my studies.
3. After 4/3/2025: I completely stopped receiving ANY promotional emails from Grand RP on my original email [[email protected]]. I believe the hacker changed my linked email around this date, which is why emails stopped.
4. May 2026: I returned after 1.5 years. My original email showed invalid gmail.
5. Technical Section: I thought it was a glitch. I posted multiple times in technical forum with full proof that account is mine.
6. Admin Reply: Admin told me my account email was changed to [email protected] without my knowledge. I swear to God I never changed it because I never logged in after Nov 2024.
7. The Shock: I logged in with my same old password from 2024 - hacker did not even change it. I saw: Account Blocked on 24-05-2025. Reason: Ban Evading. Permanent.
8. Name Changed Proof: My friend checked the ATM in-game. My last name was Pluxury Ali, but now it is changed to devil azazil by the hacker. I would NEVER keep such a name.
Sir, I had ZERO IDEA my account was banned in 2025. I was completely unaware. God is my witness, I found out only in May 2026. How can I evade a ban I did not know existed? I am suffering the punishment for a crime I never committed.
Undeniable Proofs I Am Innocent:
1. Name History Match: You can check logs. My names were Ali Ahmad to Ali Skorpean to Pluxury Ali. The name devil azazil was never set by me.
2. Password Unchanged: Hacker was careless and kept my same password from 2024.
3. Emails Stopped After 4/3/2025: This is when hacker likely changed my email. Check your email logs.
4. 1.5 Year Login Gap: Check IP history. No login from me between Nov 2024 to May 2026.
5. My Twink Account Is NOT Banned: I have a twink account on the same Grand Rp. I logged into it recently and it is working perfectly fine with no ban. If I was ban evading, my twink would also be banned. This proves I am innocent.
6. I Came To You First: Ban evaders hide. I went to technical section myself for help.
Sir, I lost all my hard work - my cars, house, money, levels. This account had deep emotional value. The name Pluxury Ali was my identity. Now it is gone. I waited all year during exams just to come back. Now I am extremely sad and depressed. I am suffering the punishment for a crime I never made, and that is the most painful thing.

Please check all logs from Nov 2024 to May 2025. Check my name change history and also check my twink account status. You will see the ban was not by me. Please unban my account. I will instantly enable 2FA, change password, and secure everything.
