Hello as you may remember i Said some horrible things about your leader and I want to apologize.
I am now much more stable in my sickness that I realise I've probably hurt some people along my way in Grand

However even if I do not dare to hope I can be redeemed I would like you to un-blacklist me. I have lost my backup codes and authenticator Token.

I am not seeking to recover my old account but wish to be able to play on a new one. That will be my penance.

I hope you'll consider ny request.
