I am reporting ID 226245 and ID 168746 for SR 5.2 / GR 6.4 / UB and possible corrupt officer behavior.
I was driving a gang vehicle when two officers pulled me over. I stopped and complied with them.
ID 226245 was the officer who was speaking most of the time. He told me that I was required to wear yellow gang clothes while driving the gang vehicle. I request the administration to check if this was a valid IC/legal reason for the traffic stop, detention and the way the situation was handled by state officers.
During the situation, ID 226245 asked me for 100k. I did not agree to pay. This looked like a bribe request / corrupt officer behavior.
ID 168746 was present during the situation and stayed in emotes in a humiliating/troll way while I was being stopped/detained. I request the administration to check if this behavior was proper RP or UB / Non-RP during a serious RP situation.
I request the administration to check:
1. What was the valid IC reason for the traffic stop.
2. Whether the “yellow gang clothes” reason was handled correctly by state officers.
3. Whether the officers had bodycam for the stop and detention.
4. Whether ID 226245 had an approved corrupt RP biography.
5. Whether the 100k request was within the allowed limits of SR 1.12.
6. Whether ID 168746’s emote behavior during the stop/detention was proper RP or UB / Non-RP.
7. Whether this situation was proper RP or abuse of state power.
If ID 226245 did not have an approved corrupt RP biography, this should be treated as illegal bad cop RP under GR 6.4.
If he claims this was legal corrupt RP, I still request admins to check if the original stop, detention and 100k request were valid and within the approved corrupt RP limits.
