Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life? I’m looking to apply for admin as I’d like to step away from RP and focus more on helping out where I can. I’ve always enjoyed being useful to the server and supporting the community in a different way. I’ve been around for about 2–3 years now, so I’ve got a solid understanding of the rules and how things work overall. During that time, I’ve also gotten to know the community pretty well and have a good sense of how things run day to day.
What are your strengths? Organized / Consistent / Patient / Fast learner.
What are your weaknesses? Overthinking / Trust Issues / I may hesitate before acting, to be sure of what I’m doing.
What skills can you bring to the admin team? Good at communicating, working well with others, and resolving issues efficiently.
