Someone abused the PDA, searched for my name ( without me giving anyone my identifications ) and gave me 5 stars while no one is NEAR me with the PDA open!
I suspect that this ID: 468379 went on duty, gave stars then went right off duty and came back to us.
He has a bio but none of the outcomes states that he can give wanted levels remotely.
Please check the logs and punish whoever did it as I didn't give anyone my name or passport

You can see at the start of the POV, no one knows me nor I know them ( all of them are strangers and we only know each other's first name ).
at 0:19, you can see 468379 going inside the HQ and at 1:54 I got 5 stars out of no where then 468379 came back to us at 2:25 without uniform.
