I've just been blocked for 6 days for 3 warns, the 3rd warning one I couldn't prevent due to my Wifi and signal having issues last night, turning off 6x throughout 3hrs causing me to lose connection, this happened multiple times before the incident of me losing connection during a robbery, i understand the reason for the ban due to the lack of evidence, but if you were to check logs, you could see that i logged in and out of city multiple times due to connection loss.
