I was bugged and I called an admin but he was not verify helpful as other admins. When I called him he told me to relog even though it can be solved by the admin as before other admins did solved when I called them but I don't know why Taco was not very helpfull in this matter and just keep telling me to relog even though I explained him how to solve this issue. I kindly request Chiefs to look into this matter cause even if a new player is not getting proper help from an admin it creates a negative impression about admin team.

As it is clear based on your Ticket history, you expect when admins are busy to be your personal assistants, As far as this case the admin will be talked to but based on your old requests and specially when admins are being flooded, they can ask you to do such things if they are handling rule breaks and situations!
And for such case in general, relog is the only fix to it since captcha will be fully bugged until restart.
