I'm coming to a secret place here to interrogate the guy, but somehow three cars suddenly arrive. It's quite clear that it's Metageming, and at 12:51, even though we didn't give them permission to leave, they leave and come back. Everything is visible in the recording.

Player did comply, he actually said it was misunderstanding and comeback.
He got robbed finally, and no clear evidences for metagaming eg. other players IDs to check if they are on same org.
