The officer detained and jailed me without stating any valid In-Character (IC) reason, violating Rule 1.11. He also failed to read my Miranda Rights during the arrest. Furthermore, the officer demanded a bribe to release me. If he is not an approved "Bad Cop" according to Rule 1.12, this is a direct OOC rule violation. Even if he is an approved Bad Cop, he completely skipped the required roleplay process. Please check the logs and my video proof.
