Gabi Tosca was born in 1995 in london england, she grew up with 2 brothers and 1 sister who tried to keep her grounded but her instincs would always lead her astray. When she was 15, she got into a lot of trouble with gangs which made her path to redemption even harder. While she was associated with the gangs, she acted out at home leading her to be kicked out of the house, leading to her migration to Los Santos. When she first arrived in the city, she befriended gang members and earning there trust. She was adopted at 18 by Itz Frolickz and Bella Quin, who at the time, were well known criminals who tried to tempt her to stay involved with crime but she decided to go down the path of helping people. She join the LSPD where she worked her way through the ranks making it to captain of detectives and having a good relationship with her co workers and all chiefs she has been commanded by. She wants to be able to make the city safer by taking gangs down from the inside and risking her own life for the saftey of the city.
