I got demorgan at 11:41 in game time. I was near of the Informal event zone. I'm just wondering, how can still talk about non-rp driving when there's a huge yellow circle in the middle of the screen teleporting you somewhere?

1.2 It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after | Warn

So we can say its basically ooc situation right?

U guys might considered OOC,but that doesnt mean u can do whatever u want. Do u think ramming each other on hill with sports cars is part of an event?. then people will start doing shit and say we are OOC players, just think about it.

We weren't ramming each other, we are in same family and we try to reach other side of the zone, cause we cant pass through zone.
