Dear Gods this player was wearing his LSPD armor while off duty and even threatened me. All proof in the POV. At minute 10:56 i saw him and started asking him about it then he told me to go and learn some rules as you see he has no idea about his job.(Apparently) He even threatened me to detain me and also called his friends this means he might be using discord because he did not use radio. As you see in the POV he never used his radio. Also he knows that he can't detain me without being with his duty uniform so that is why he called his friends so this is called power abuse.
