1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
After spending over a year on the server, I feel that I have done everything there is to do here. I've learned RP from being here, I've owned families, made it Unofficial with one of them (For a moment), done events, been a part of various organizations to help out within the city, etc. I've literally done it all. I'm ready to leave RP-life here and help our player base truly have fun and facilitate great RP. The land scape is also changing with what's to come within the realm of GTA, and I want to help keep this place on track and thriving! It's time I become a part of the positive things we do that make it all worthwhile.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
State:
1x - Leadership in NOCTURNALS (Family)
2x - PR in GOV for two terms, DEPUTY for second.
1x - PR in LSPD for one term, DEPUTY.
Crime:
1x - High Command (17 | IN CHARGE) - Marabunta Grande
3. What are your strengths?
I am patient when it comes to all aspects of leadership. I know how to speak with authority, but also kindly. Because I work with people in IRL, I also have great personable skills; I'm a people's person. I know how to speak to people, and how to reason with them when the occasion calls for it. Being diplomatic but also standing fully in my conviction is also a strong suit. I know the rules and can explain scenarios calmly and with ease to anyone I need to.
4. What are your weaknesses?
My main weakness is knowing when to stop or take a beat. What I mean by that is, I work really hard and push myself, sometimes over my own limits, but I am learning how to take a step back and recharge when need be. I also listen very well to leadership and will always seek counsel when necessary.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I possess a level of personability. What I've noticed is that sometimes folks just want to feel like they're being talked to and not talked at. I know the delicate balance it takes to do this. I shine where other may fail at not losing my cool. We have thousands of players to tend to, but it only takes one interaction for that player to feel like they're unimportant or counted out. I actually care about RP and the integrity of it. It's easy for that to be lost here when the player base comes from different regions of the world, and English isn't their primary language. Patience is exceptionally rare, but here it's especially necessary. When others waver, I stand firm with mine. I also care about seeing projects through to completion. If you need something done, I am your girl to do it! I work hard and will see it through to the end.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I am ready, willing and able to sell anything I must in order to fulfill my duties and make it fair. Following protocol is necessary especially if it's to make everyone feel leveled and not cheated. When we respect those lines, the balance is restored we can then have order.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, not an actual IRL issue, I just have done everything here that I felt necessary and I would love to join a team where I can make a real difference. I love GrandRP, but I am kind of bored with city life. I'm ready to begin something new. I know it won't be easy, but I am ready to do what it takes.
