1. Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
Having reached level 36 and spent a long time exploring various roles in the city, I feel that I have achieved my goals as a player. My motivation now is to give back to the Grand RP community by ensuring a fair environment. I want to transition from roleplaying to helping maintain the server's rules and supporting players to ensure everyone has a high-quality experience.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have primarily focused on State organizations, where I gained significant leadership experience:
Chief Of Staff within the Government (GOV).
Major General in the National Guard (NG).
Chief of Department at EMS.
Furthermore, I have previous background as an administrator/moderator in FiveM servers.
3. What are your strengths?
I consider myself a very patient and disciplined person, which is essential for an admin. My ability to speak Kurdish, Arabic, and English fluently helps me resolve conflicts between different groups easily. I also stay calm and objective when dealing with stressful situations or rule violations.
4. What are your weaknesses?
I sometimes focus too much on small details because I want every decision to be 100% accurate. This can make me a bit slow in making a final judgment, but I am learning how to be more decisive while maintaining fairness.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I bring a deep understanding of State organization protocols and high-level conflict resolution skills. My experience in leadership roles has taught me how to communicate professionally with all types of players. Also, my multilingual skills can be a great asset for the staff team.
6. Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes, I am fully committed to this role and I am ready to sell my business as per the server requirements.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
No, my real-life schedule is stable, allowing me to remain highly active and dedicated to my duties on the server.

I believe my high level (36) and my clean history on the server show my dedication. I have a lot of respect for the administration team and I am eager to prove that I can be a valuable and hardworking member of the staff.
