Life Story:
Mouad was born in Morocco in a lower middle class family. His parents moved often because of work transfers, so he spent most of his childhood adapting to new places. He studied in a military school where he learned discipline and survival skills. After graduation, he moved to Los Santos to study medicine and make his parents proud.
Life in the city changed him. Mouad fell into drug addiction and started spending time with dangerous people. During a violent confrontation with gang members, he accidentally killed one while trying to escape. Fear forced him to hide and survive through illegal work. He joined street gangs and committed crimes to pay debts and stay alive, even though he hated that life.
After years of regret, Mouad decided to change. Using his experience and intelligence, he cooperated with authorities and eventually earned a chance to join the FIB.
Career Story:
Mouad always served Los Santos with loyalty and discipline. During his time in government operations, one of his closest friends was falsely accused of leaking classified information and was removed from service without proof. High-ranking officials ordered everyone involved to stay silent and forget about the situation, but Mouad refused to accept the lies. He started investigating in secret and discovered corruption inside several agencies connected to the city’s intelligence network.
As time passed, Mouad lost trust in the system he once respected. He believed the only way to uncover the truth and protect his friend was to use illegal methods and gain power from inside the organization itself. Because of his experience and reputation, Mouad was recruited into the FIB and quickly became valuable during dangerous operations. However, the search for answers changed him completely, turning Mouad into a corrupted FIB soldier who secretly abused his authority for personal goals.
Outcomes:
1. mouad is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) up to twice per situation, and if found, break it (/do breaks bodycam).
2. mouad can Truth Serum people by injecting them to obtain information (Twice per situation)
3. mouad carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to silence individuals in custody (/try applies duct tape on the mouth - 2x per situation).
4. mouad can carry and use illegal items and weapons, he can also sell and buy illegal items from other people or the black market (except organization weapons and items)
5. mouad is loyal to his org and can torture/interrogate/rob/kill anyone who create trouble for FIB or if someone saw him doing corruption. ( Only with IC reason and Following server Rules )
6. mouad can deny for showing his id to hide his identity and also can deny/lie about request or presence of a lawyer.
