Hello dear administrators,
My family got raided by "Fog City" family and after the raid ended, they waited in my house, the family house and killed everyone that arrived back to the house from the hospital. I repeat, after the raid is over.
As you can see, we record that show everything in it, Zema asked them to add record from their own, at first, they did upload a record of 14 seconds and said that they recorded only this (what's makes no sense because no one is taking a record of 14 seconds only).
Zema asked for full record, 22 hours and 40 minutes passed without any record and she didn't close the report yet.
After 22 hours and 40 minutes, they did upload their own record which presents that they ran on the road and when my friend arrived from the hospital with rentral car, he rammed them, because, again, they stood and ran on the road like there are road renovations.
In the record that they posted, you can hear loud music in the background, they added this to the record in order to make sure you won't hear their toxicy when they kill us, how can I prove that? Go to their record, this one, you can see in 00:47 that the person who takes the record, talks in game. How can he possibly talk ingame when this music in his background? Let me answer, not possible.

After all of this stuff, Zema decided to reject the report without any reason, she didn't even add any reason in the topic itself, she just wrote, "Denied", after 2 days that we are waiting for someone to respond on this report.

Hope you'll take care of this and do justice, they deserve to get punishment, these players and this specific family who always toxic and do whatever they want in the city.

And yet,
We showed proper POV that in it you can see by yourself that my friend arrived to the house with rentral car and they just shot and killed him without reason, what's wrong with his POV?
Their pov isn't good because in the first one, the uploaded only 14 seconds and claimed that they don't have the rest (excuse me but it is bullshit), and the second one is with loud music in the background that they added to the POV by editing, as I proved in my complain, which means they don't want you to hear their toxicy, therefore, it's not legal POV.
Thus, the report's POV is enough to punish them cause they didn't post their records from the red circle.
(This situation happend 10 seconds after the event ended, they must have POV, everyone, because they stayed alive till the end, we doesn't)

And btw, why she wrote what you said she wrote in white text? I need to guess that she wrote something there?

In that topic guys in rental car have made VDM so he was provoked them for start of shooting so admin took perfectly fine decision and if that topic was reviewed by me - i would punish topic starter for VDM !
