Life Story: Matty grew up in India. While growing up his family was homeless and never had enough money for schooling. They tried to make money my picking up trash and sell it in sunny days and cold nights. Matty always wanted a lot of money and go to school to study. As Matty got older he started to grieve more for money and in that phase he choose the wrong line. THE CRIME Line. He gained a lot of money during his teenage phase but he started to realize that doing this wouldn't make his life earning. So he decided to join Los Santos Police department to have a stable source of income and get over what he had done in the past.
Career Story: After Matty was enrolled in Los Santos Police department he did his best to earn money and climb the ranks of Los Santos Police department. It was his first time in LSPD and it became his favorite. While grinding though the rank he noticed few officers doing some illegal work to earn more money then any other. He then decided to follow one of them in that progress and see what they do, While he was doing the chase slowly, he got caught by that officer, the officer did terrible things to Matty. Now Matty becomes one of them and do illegal work to earn more money while supporting his family by his work.
Outcomes:
1- Matty can remove people‘s criminal background or from wanted list for a bribe (up to 100k or weapons equivalent to it).
2- Matty can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe).
3- Matty can cuff people/leos to search and break their bodycams ( /try and /do commands twice per situation) and/or kill them if his identification is at risk (with rp reason) (no targeting, no PG).
4- Matty can carry a hidden, waterproof ballistic camera in his Clothes 24/7 and doesn’t need to refresh it or doesn't need to use /turns on bodycam command. The footage is uploaded to a personal server in real-time using the internet. If he dies, his lawyer can access the footage and use it for farther investigation against the murderer. ( only for personal uses )
5- Matty possesses exceptional off-road driving skills and can manoeuvre SUVs and 4-door vehicles in any terrain without breaking any rules (No NON-RP DRIVING).
6-Matty can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and lie about his name /refuse to provide any type of identification.
7- Matty can remove/change suspects prison sentence and give less or more fines.
8- Matty can take contracts or help his friends and family members for prison breaks.
