hello senior admin,

i made report about player insulting me in OOC chat by saying "under jawad" in prime chat after someone asked about me

rule 3.1 clearly says insulting person in OOC is prohibited but report got denied with reason "No GR 3.1 Seen in evidence"

i feel like the evidence was misunderstood because message was clearly directed to me in OOC chat

kindly requesting another review on this situation
