If you check the POV, you can clearly see that he shot first and started provoking us first by abusing us with words like “bitch” and “asshole.” At that time, we were not even planning to kill him we only went there for our friends. However, after he opened fire on us, we had to respond.
Because of this, I feel the decision is completely unfair. He also mentioned my old punishment even though it was already completed, and honestly that hurt my feelings because it makes it seem like I am here only to break rules, which is not true.
He also did not give any proper demands before shooting, while as Deputy of all gangs I know demands are required in this situation. Also, when I tried to save my POV, my iPhone could not save the recording at that moment because of storage/performance issues. Otherwise, I would have been able to prove that he was deceiving the administration and hiding important parts of the situation.
I kindly request you to review the situation again and punish the correct person instead of us. Please remove the warning because getting banned for this reason would be unfair.
