Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I Carry a Strong Leadership Skills, and I was High Command in Almost all the Legal Orgs. I Started my Journy as a Gangster and my First gang was Vagos and with my Good Leadership and a good Communication skill I become Under Deputy within 5 Days. Also, I have experienced as SAHP COS, GOV DHOD, LSPD HOD and FIB 00 Agent & 00 Handler and that ranks and progression really helped me to understand and Learned to Lead Peoples, Making a Proper smart and Hard decisions.
2. I have seen the gangs hold a lot of power, but they don't use it well and end up being Inactive. And I want to change it, I will make sure that everything runs smoothly with a good level of activity in Ghetto Robbery, Highway Robbery, Store Robberies on time, Hostage Situations etc.
3. As the Vagos HQ is separated from the main ghetto so the Vagos ghetto becomes very inactive cause no gangs come in the Vagos Ghetto cause it's too far from there HQ but I'll make sure to active in Our Ghetto as well and make it most Active.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization
1. I will make sure that in my Term there will be no Favoritism, no bias. Everyone will get their respect. Everyone will get their rank based on their interview, and promotions based on their performance and the Rule Breakers will be immediately removed.
2. I'll try my best to bring maximum activity within my term days like max members in every event. And I think people will join and attend events if there is a good Bonus System. So, I'll make a good bonus system, and they all receive their bonuses on time.
3. For improving the Roleplay there should be good communication and teamwork as well. So, I'll make sure that everyone plays together and plays fairly and the newbies will also get good support from my side as well as my team’s side.
