Marabunta Grande​

Marabunta Grande is an old Mexican cartel passed down through generations, created by the family of Normen's great grandfather, who built the first structure of what later became a hidden and powerful organisation. The family has deep Mexican roots, and the cartel is built on inheritance rather than recruitment. Leadership is not chosen randomly it is passed down through the bloodline from one generation to the next, ultimately reaching Chief Normen, the currente head of the cartel.
Under Chief Normen's leadership, Marabunta Grande transformed from a normal cartel committing crimes for small amounts of money into one of the most terrorism forces in Los Santos. Chief Norman is not just a leader he is a strategist who rebuilt the cartel into a powerful empire that dominates the city's underground economy through a high bonus system for helping poor people choose smart alliances, controlled territories, and elite management of cartel members.

The Marabunta controls all illegal operations, including 24-hour store robberies in the middle of the city, attacks on the FZ to raid and steal NG trucks, and taking state high commands as a hostages which keeps law enforcement focused on them. Inside the cartel family exists an old internal code known as the Blood Pact. and this rule make all the city scared from him .

From here, everything is going to change. On the 5th of May, Chief Normen loses something that cannot be replaced the most loyal person in the cartel, his right hand, Kawai McGill.
A special operation launched from Marabunta HQ to ocean Los Santos highway, with the objective of stealing three NG trucks going to GOV capitalo . The NG was transferring the trucks with a professional convoy covered by USSS special agents . The operation began and Kawai stoped the engine of the first car in the convoy, which was the USSS Deputy Director's vehicle, throwing the entire convoy into chaos. The gunfight broke out, and the cartel succeeded in stealing all trucks. Celebration began. everyone is happy but ... in a flash, everyone heard the sound of screeching car brakes, followed by three gunshots fired from a revolver — directly into Kawai's body . Everyone stood in a state of shock. The car immediately sped away. It was a GOV USSS Director vehicle.
Kawai was down, speaking his last words:
"Keep Marabunta on top."

After this tragic situation, the deputy called the leader to deliver the bad news about his right hand. Chief Normen was shocked. He cut his vacation short and crossed the border, returning personally to Los Santos to carry out the Blood Pact with his own hands.
The entire city now knew that the right hand of Marabunta Grande had been killed by GOV bullets. All the other gangs came to offer their condolences to Chief Normen for his loss. Chief Normen could not sleep, consumed by thoughts of the Blood Pact, because Kawai was not just a deputy or a cartel member he was like a brother to Chief Normen.
Chief Normen hosted a grand meeting with all the gangs to ask them to join the plan, but only Bloods Street Gang by King Amxn accepted and offered their help.
Together, they laid out the plan for revenge and the Blood Pact after buying information from a corrupt USSS agent, culminating in a coordinated attack during an active state meeting covered by the NG, LSPD, and USSS, with all state leaders present.

Chief Normen and the other gangs began planning for the attack on the Capital and did the following:

1- They unlocked the main warehouse drawing from their vast reserves of ammunition and heavy weapons .
2- They reinforced their gang vehicles with steel plating and upgraded the suspension systems.
3- The gang had several skilled marksmen, and they purchased heavy snipers for each of them.
4- They hired a corrupt USSS give information from the middel of the meeting .
5- For hours and days, they surveilled City Hall from a distance and gathered information.
6- They loaded all equipment into trunks, along with extra weapons, medical supplies, and various other essentials using trucks.
7- The hostages would be kept in 2 separate rooms, with 5 gang members guarding each room, and the doors locked.
8- kill one hostage for blood pact .
