2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
> Heyy again, since the last time I applied for LSPD and wasn't able to make it and wasn't able to pass the interview for the position of chief of police but today I am applying for the position of Sheriff.
> In the meanwhile, I gained a great deal more RP experience and developed my leadership abilities, which have improved my communication skills and allowed me to better coach the juniors and incoming troopers. I also worked on my LEO RP, which I didn't have before, but being a member of a legal organization is sufficient, and I got it from working for the government as a MOS and Legal Advisor in DOJ/IA.
> I can guarantee you that I will be a good, proactive leader who will maintain every department running with extremely professional, diligent high commands that will genuinely support me and my term from beginning to end. With the aid of my ability to connect and communicate, I will also attract active members to my organization.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
> Throughout my time, I'll try to incorporate LI and EMS into every event. We will be able to make role-playing more realistic as a result. If I am holding someone hostage, I will attempt to get in touch with LI and call 911 for EMS. Interviews, news reporting, and RP improvement are all possible for LI. I'll also teach all of my units how to communicate more professionally with other LEOs.While SAHP has some fantastic officers, I believe there's always room for improvement when it comes to leadership, teamwork, and communication. As a leader, I want to ensure that every officer feels heard and supported to boost morale and performance. I’m a firm believer in leading by example and fostering collaboration to achieve our goals.
>During my term, I plan to enhance the RP by bringing in better departments like:
