Life Story: Kay was born as the oldest child in the family. His Parents use to be work in Farms. But they were not making enough money to survive. Kay use to feel sad for then cause they use to work 16/7 After wanted to make more money. Slowly Slowly he got addicted to Weed. And then he join Vagos gang Then he got addicted to drugs. After join marabunta he started to make more money by selling drugs. Then he told his parents about him making money they were also happy for him. But then they got to know that he got all of his money in an Illegal way. Ofc they were not happy with him and try to stop doing illegal stuff again.
Career Story: His parents wanted to get rid of him or the bad stuff his is doing as they told him to get a good job that is legal so he when to look for a job as i couldn't find one after month of looking for one so one day he walk past lspd hq and see a sign say we are hiring so he when inside apply then after couple days they hire him then after becoming a cop he start a new life and living happy with his family.

2. Kay is free to set people free if they are his friends or with bribes
3. Kay can search for bodycams and smash them with RP commands to suspect and Leos. (/try searches for bodycam) - twice per situation and (/do breaks bodycam)

10. Kay can Detain someone for fake charge If he severely dislikes them or for revenge. ( within sufficient rp reason and nothing to severe ).
