Approved Ban for Tax evasion I Arwid Lee

So in short i got scammed and when i reported the offender for not returning the car and driving away. i also got banned for 60 days for trying to evade tax. So i was trying to trade Nissan skyline for said apartment and when i gave him the car he didn't give me the apartment and ran away. As there is no actual way to trade cars for property i am confused on how that is considered tax evasion (general rule 1.9). When i gave him the car it was me starting the trade the only way possible, and instead of him giving me the apartment he ran away after i asked him to return it as i felt suspicious of his behavior. All in all it was not my intention nor do i believe this is tax evasion as i was trying to trade vehicle for apartment the only way possible. Thank you For your Consideration
