3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To encourage the hiring of people and improve the work of the HR department, I will enhance the bonus system for training editors in ADs so that there is no room for mistakes. This way, if people are requesting tests, several high commands will be available on the spot. I have observed a lack of interest from high commands in taking tests and training new editors who freshly join, so I will greatly focus on that during my term.
Next, I will spread awareness of how crucial LifeInvader's ticket system is — for families and for organizations — by first sorting the price list to fit the demands of both LifeInvader and the customer. This will also encourage customers to regularly request things like broadcasts, which increases general roleplay in the server. Organizations with new leaders usually tend to ping citizens in their organization's emails but rarely use this feature to actually invite citizens. I have also noticed the excessive use of AI to generate posters and other content for tickets, which is barely appealing to citizens and simply looks low effort. I will sort out that whole system during my term.
Lastly, while focusing on the departments mentioned above, I will not neglect the recently inactive departments such as News and Internal Affairs. I will try my level best to bring back old news reporters who were previously neglected. I will make sure that their work is not only appreciated but also that their bonuses are not meaningless they will be paid according to the effort they put into their work. During my term, we higher-ups will be open to suggestions and will not ignore them. Instead, we will work on things that need improvement to make LifeInvader a comfortable working space for upcoming employees as well.

- I want to become Chief of LI because, despite being in several legal organizations across the city, my time in LifeInvader though not extensive was enough to build a real love for it. That love, paired with my motivation, is why I'm writing this application to serve LifeInvader as a leader.
- I've gained experience gradually under several leaders and even learned important things from some of them including the information they left for us high commands at that time so that we could succeed them. Now it's my turn to work as a Chief and set an example for upcomers. Also, knowing the experienced colleagues in the organization and having their support would play an important role in me becoming the leader, and since they already acknowledge the concept of constructive criticism, it will be easier for me to lead them flawlessly.
- I have not yet served this city as a leader, so I want to use this opportunity to not only invest my own efforts into improving LifeInvader but also actively gather opinions and suggestions from others and put them into action. I want to set an example that leadership is not about fame — it's about making meaningful changes while keeping everyone moving in the same direction. As a leader, I will also work to connect people within the organization and resolve internal matters and relationships as much as possible.
