2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1) I possess a diverse background, having held both Deputy and senior leadership roles within various groups. This experience has deepened my understanding of the responsibilities that come with these positions. My main goal is to enhance my leadership skills by leading my team in promoting gang activities across the city.
2) I will be recruiting the most active deputies and my friends in my term who will bring the members that have a good experience in gang activities. I will also be giving training to my new gang members regarding the tactics and shooting from my experience so that they dont make mistakes while we do gang events. I will support the new players by making them host events under my supervision so they know what is a gang about. And as previously stated, my extensive experience in different groups has equipped me with the essential knowledge needed to effectively lead a gang in the city and outwit law enforcement. I am well-versed in the operations of this criminal organization.
3) And i think i have good leadership skills, i have high patience level and i can manage every issues smoothly, I have some experienced members with me they will handle the situation in my absence. And i will take new peoples above 5 year age and i want to help them and i want to teach them abouts the gang and how gang works properly with great mindsets, Ill take them with me and to built our gang strong as never. And the location of HQ, the place where heart meets heaven, is Near the Beach Side, my gang members will have fun under my leadership, Vagos have amazing cars, and if any state org raids us, i think we can easily defend us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) No favouritism will be there in my term
2) No toxicity amongst gang members
3) Try not to do any rulebreaks from gang and teach new people about the rules
4) Fulfilling the curator's requirements before time
5) i will make sure that everyone be friendly with each other.
6) Good Bonus system will definitely attract more members to join events, and more the event more the RP.
