Approved GR 4.1 + GR 6.2 + GR 6.15 + Possible Cheats | 217884

As you can see in the POV we will standing and having a talk when a guy from The Bad Fellas ID: 217884 started shhoting randomly on us.
When we got there we saw he was firing continuously and was properly tracking one of my guy wherever he was moving around.
As you can clearly see in the POV at timestamp 00:40 he is getting no damage.
Also his aim was shifting left to right even in walls at timestamp 00:48
I suspect he is using an aim bot or something then did Code A

No Rulebreak is seen here for GR 6.15 as no evidence shown about his shooting on people
