Incident Description:
Player ID 188951 intentionally hit me with a vehicle without any reason, committing VDM. After that, the player also committed CR (Car Ramming), which is against the roleplay rules. There was no active roleplay situation at the time, and the player kept intentionally driving into me/my vehicle.
