Dear Curator of Project
I have been permanently banned by the system on the grounds of a refund. I would like to ask if you could please review this matter, as I have in no way received a refund, nor have I done anything to harm the project. The ban likely resulted from a freeze placed on my bank account for security reasons by my bank; however, everything has now been verified, and my account is fully operational again. Consequently, the payment should be in order, as I did not receive a refund and paid the full amount. I hope to be unbanned, and I promise that this error regarding my bank will not happen again in the future, as I truly enjoy being a part of this project, and I spend a lot of time here with my friends.
