Hello sir hope you are having a great day.
I am really sorry that i broke the rule and i appologize that i did it i am really sorry and i mean it. There is a gc event coming and i really dont wana miss it it would be great if you would lower the ban and this is my first and last time breaking any rule i will not do it again. I have learned my leason to not do it again i wana enjoy the beutiful city please lower the ban it would be great thanks.

My friend to me you get really good money of it from valuable case and thats why i go there and tryed it and he did not tell me about that this is bug abuse i am really sorry i know i deserve it but i really wana be in the city for gc event
