I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to bring this to your attention: Bobby Pluxury, the Chief Administrator, informed me on the forum on April 22, 2026 "35 days ago", that my account would be wiped and my GR 1.7 ban would then be lifted. However, as of now, no action has been taken, and the ban is still active.

I kindly request your personal review of the situation, as the promised adjustment has not yet occurred. I truly appreciate your time and assistance.
