Hello Sir,

I am an FIB employee, and I arrested the player because he was attempting to kill a LEO and was overcarrying firearms. These were the charges against him.

After arresting him, I uncuffed him and asked him to show his passport. However, after being uncuffed, he did Code A. I was following the procedure step by step, but he broke rule CL.
