2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

Reason 1:​

I want to become the leader of Ballas because I have a lot of experience with gang RolePlay and I understand how a successful gang should be managed. During my time in Grand RP, I have learned how important leadership, communication, and teamwork are inside an organization. I believe that Ballas has huge potential to become one of the strongest and most respected gangs on the server, and I want to help achieve that goal.

I know how to manage members correctly, create rules that improve activity, and keep the gang organized during events, wars, and daily RP situations. A good leader needs to stay calm under pressure and make smart decisions, and I believe I can handle those responsibilities seriously and professionally.

Reason 2:​

Another reason why I want to lead Ballas is because I enjoy creating high-quality RolePlay experiences for other players. For me, RP is not only about winning situations or making money — it is about creating realistic and enjoyable scenarios that make the server more active and fun for everyone.

As a leader, I would focus heavily on improving gang RP by organizing activities such as turf wars, meetings, recruitments, training sessions, kidnappings, alliances, and internal gang events. I also want to create a strong family atmosphere inside Ballas where members respect each other, work together, and stay loyal to the organization.

I believe that an active and united gang creates better RP not only for its own members but for the entire server community.

Reason 3:​

The third reason is my activity and dedication. I am online many hours every day, which means I can spend enough time helping members, organizing events, solving conflicts, and making sure the gang stays active. Leadership requires responsibility and consistency, and I am ready for that challenge.

I also understand the server rules very well and know how important it is for a leader to set a good example for all members. Toxicity, trolling, and rule-breaking can destroy an organization quickly, which is why I would always make sure Ballas maintains professionalism and serious RP standards.

I want to build a gang where members can improve themselves, enjoy RP, and feel motivated to stay active every day.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

My advice for improving the RP level inside the organization is to focus more on serious and realistic gang RolePlay instead of only focusing on fighting or winning. Many gangs become inactive because they repeat the same things every day, so it is important to create fresh and interesting RP scenarios regularly.

If I become leader, I would organize:

• Daily gang meetings
• Training sessions for members
• Recruitment events
• Turf and business operations
• Alliances and conflicts with other gangs
• Hostage and kidnapping RP
• Internal roleplay stories and character development

I would also help newer players learn proper gang RP because strong members create a stronger organization. Communication is another very important thing, so I would make sure all members are active on Discord and understand the gang rules clearly.

Respect between members is also extremely important. A toxic environment destroys teamwork and activity, so I would focus on creating a loyal and respectful community inside Ballas.

My goal would be to make Ballas one of the most active, respected, and professional gangs on Grand RP while keeping RP fun, realistic, and enjoyable for everyone involved. i hope i will be
