2. I wish to become Leader of Los Santos Vagos because I have always wished to become Leader of a criminal organization. I have 3 Reasons for why i wish to become Leader of Vagos, The First reason is that i have very good leadership skills and Leadership understanding which i can use in order to create a good and Brilliant Term, Part of my reasoning is that recent Gang Leadership hasn't been as active or achieving as they should be, Therefore i wish to make Vagos a achieving and Active Gang. My Second Reason is I have been part of project for a long time and have always wanted to try something new, Leadership is a hard role and challenging task to achieve but i am prepared and ready to handle these challenges, Part of my second reason is that Los Santos Vagos is a unique because of it location and presence within the city, I aim to use the uniqueness of the gang to my advantage and create a good term. My Third and Final Reason is that i wish to create a good standard for Vagos, I aim to use Good Tactics and my understanding of the server to bring a excellent term upon the History of Vagos.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. I will appoint talented Deputies and High Command in order to structure the Organization in a Good Way so people understand the Structure and Rules.
2. I will personally check Interviews and Logs to make Interviews and Logs are done properly.
3. Interviewers will taught to be harsh and Strict on Selections in order to accept and invite people who actually deserve the Role.
4. I will do weekly checks on Punishments, Events and Turfs to make sure each Objective is completed
Goals I wish to complete if I become Leader:
1. Capital Attack
2. 100% Turf
3. Be Most Active and Feared Gang in City.
4. Achieve King Status of Ghetto
