Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

• ID 29958 will receive a punishment for FailRP​
• You can not leave RP situation by leaving the game AFK, entering sleep mode, etc
  ​

Additional Notes-
This report was accepted because it is not possible to place someone in cuffs while they are in sleep mode, since you were cuffs it means you were not in sleep mode while you were being placed in cuffs. Note for thread owner: please post a POV of the whole situation, if not followed, your post will be rejected in future
