Rejected Rdm and fail rp from suspect i was trying to arrest

Dear Admin me and one other unit were potroling together and i saw a guy open carrying so i do a stop on him telling him to put his gun away and i step out of my car he open fires IN city what is not allowed at all and he says nice fail rp as i tackle him to the ground because my other unit was on the map heading to me and then his freind decided to shoot me as i cuff him witch is rdm so they both rdm and a thrid guy also rdms me as the other officer opens fire on the second suspect can you please punish acordindling to rdm and fail rp on there behalf because i dint do annything rong they saw i was a leo and open fired in city after i gave demands reguards luckas stone
