Life Story
Zane was born in a hospital which was rural and disgusting in Novosibirsk, Russia and as is every hospital in every country; it is in the worst part of town. Zane Vale along with his completely moronic and selfish mother was born into this mess. Since his mother was instantly an alcoholic at birth, she refused to accept Zane as her own and drunkenly ignored him day in and day out. Zane’s father was equally and different for not being present, he hated children and called Zane a complete accident. He would listen to his mother arguing with nothing but her mind while she was psychotic in her mental battle that Zane had to take part in, he would be abused daily and would receive little to no food; this is a far worse abuse. The silence was almost unbearable for Zane, no comfort no love, Zane had a hole in his heart that society could never fill and was so misplaced he couldn't see why any other part of it would ever include him. Zane was never properly schooled until he was about eight and at that point Social Services arrived at his house due to living conditions being a disgrace. It had gotten to that point due to his mother’s erratic outburts that lead to a police report and Zane being taken away from his home due to neglect. After living in Social Services for a bit of time he was moved internationally to San Andreas for a stable new start.
Career Story
Having no ties or support back home Zane only had instincts and survival. When Zane came to San Andreas he drifted through unstable work until he was found stability in the form of the only thing that was available that kept him grounded, the police. Zane applied and was soon enlisted into the LSPD under Bob Vestri and became familiar with a structured force on a larger scale. Shortly afterwards he was quickly made head of Internal Affairs where he excelled in enforcing rules and regulations. After the term expired Zane continued to work for the benefit of the city and found himself joining the SAHP in Gustav Hill's term and expanding into the world of highway patrol and being an Assistant Undersheriff. Soon later Zane was elected as State Attorney for the DOJ. In this role, Zane got to observe case building and the process as he did when back home and he felt that this truly unsettling him and he knew something had to be done about his anxiety that developed into PTSD due to the countless similar cases as he encountered. To regain stability Zane eventually found himself working for the FIB in a position where he was a Federal Attorney under Khalil Mohammed. From there Zane went more into high class federal enforcement while using his legal expertise which revealed and made him discover the underbelly of criminals and their ability to adapt to procedures faster than ever and justice wasn't always found, criminals went free when in many cases should be behind bars or served justice in another way...
Outcomes:
1- Zane can arrest anyone that he wants and can suggest them to give him bribes such as money or their guns to get free. ( with proper RP and IC reason to arrest no MG )
2- Zane can frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.19 and 6.10)
3- Zane may engage in criminal activities while off-duty (no use of government-issued gear or going to scripted events).
4- Zane can sell, buy or use any type of weapons for his personal safety and profit. ( exceptions are gears from org warehouse)
5- Zane can leak information in exchange for money (No MG)
6- Zane can cuff, torture and/or break bodycam of 10-15's. ( with IC/RP reason )
7- Zane can smash and break bodycams (by using /try, 2 times per situation and if he finds a body camera he breaks it by using /do breaks bodycam).
8- Zane can arrest and break bodycam of other LEOS to protect himself (with RP reasons)
