Dear Grand RP Administration,
I hope you are doing well.
Seven days ago, I received a 30-day ban from the server, and I am writing to respectfully request a review of my situation and ask for your assistance.
As per the server rules, every player has the right to have two accounts. Since my main account is banned, I naturally wanted to continue playing on my alternative account. However, my alternative account seems to have disappeared, and I am currently unable to access or recreate it. I opened a technical support forum thread about this issue quite a long time ago, but unfortunately, I have not received a response yet. Because of this, I am unable to play on the server at all.
Regarding my ban, I was penalized during the Battleship event for not providing a POV. However, upon reviewing the event details, there is absolutely no mention or requirement regarding POV recording for this specific event within the game. Since it was not stated in the rules, I did not record a POV.
Given this misunderstanding, I kindly ask you to review my ban and help me recover my alternative account so that I can return to the server.
