Dear Higher upps!
I got banned for GR.4.1(Minus setting). I got PC check for no reason. I want to let you know the what Toqa found on my computer is not downloaded by me. I have proof I use my redux since 2025 and this file is changed at the update 01.05. I recon the server changed it. I can show you pows, pictures, or I can share my screen and you can check it. That was 10 days ago and now I want to request you to think about my situation, the 60 days ban is to much for a radom file which is not gave me any kind of advantage. I didnt do that on my own, like it changed automaticly, I didnt downloaded so I cant put it into my files for "Cheat". So if I can ask you Please reducate my ban or unban me and money wipe my account. I really feel sad since I got banned for "no reason". I dont want to cheat and I didnt cheated. This game is everythink for me.
