Hello Curator,
On June 15, 2025, I was permanently banned by Monika Tired for "Orga-Nuking". Since then, 348 days have passed, almost a full year, so I would like to ask for a second chance.
What I would like to first say is that at the time I only used permissions that were available to my Recruiter rank. I removed 6 players from the Ballas blacklist and deleted one Discord role. I did not kick members, derank members, delete ranks, or do anything that would completely destroy or shut down the organization.
I also want to mention that there were no internal gang rules that prohibited removing players from the blacklist on my own. As far as I know, there is also no server rule, which is public viewable that says that you are not allowed to remove players from the blacklist if you have the permissions to do so. But looking back I should have atleast asked the leader first before doing it.
I understand that my actions caused problems and I accept responsibility for that. I realy should have handled the situation differently.
After the incident, I spoke with the gang leader and apologized for my actions, he even told me that it is okay for him if I do a complaint. I did not try to avoid responsibility, and I regretted the situation. I never had any intention of harming the gang, destroying the organization, or ruining other peoples fun on the server.
Its been almost a year now, I did a mistake, I understand why it was wrong and I promise that if I get a second chance I will never do something like that again.
