As you can see in the POV below my dears these two players with ID 216761 who committed CR at minute 00:39 and and ID 149470 insulted me at minute 1:42. As i was trying to search for someone wanted they did that to me. As i arrested the other guy for obstruction and reckless driving for the way he rammed me, i took the player with ID 216761 to DOC to process him. In minute 10:54 og the pOV below i found that my suspect was unconscious and the player with ID 149470 was there and killed him to avoid the RP situation. OF course they were talking on discord as usual because how else would he have known that we had arrived to DOC he even knew which cell his friend was in which is (Metagaming). In the end of the POV player with ID 149470 committed VDM as you can see. Please get them punished.
