Hello Admin team

So i got a 500 min mute for flooding in pc i putted a + in the prime chat because someone did like a activity check or active units check. I know what i did is wrong and im not gonna do it again but i got silenced for 500 min and i think its very long for just saying + in prime chat normally i thought you would gotten a mute for 20 or 30 min but i got 500 min

With this mute I cannot do anything in the city I cannot come on duty I cannot talk and 500 min is approximately 8 hours and I thought I would only get 30 of 60 min
