Remove 2fa and Change email

Hello. I am the owner of a Grand RP EN1 account. I know the account password and the original registration email, but I lost access to the phone that had my authenticator app. I no longer have the secret key or backup codes. I can provide ownership details and would like a 2FA reset.
And I also want to change my gmail to [[email protected]] this to this [[email protected]]
