This is unacceptable. What you are doing is wrong; I was banned due to someone else's mistake, and you fail to understand this because you refuse to listen to the full story. I was the one who got banned, not the person who hacked me. Where is the justice in this? On the day it happened, I got home, wanted to play, and was only welcomed by a message saying: 'Banned for GR 1.1'. It is completely unfair that you banned me for 'ALLEGEDLY' using someone else's account. After that, you told me I would get a change to GR 1.4, but you permanently banned my main account—which I worked on for a year—claiming it is 'ALLEGEDLY' a twin account. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and the unbanning of my main account!
And I do not want to see you ignoring me again and just spamming your copy-pasted responses!!
